Accommodation comprises entrance vestibule, hall, large lounge, dining room, kitchen (with walk-in pantry), utility room, four bedrooms (master en-suite), bathroom and detached garage (for secure storage of bicycles etc).

Gorsebank has the advantage of offering you that little bit extra - a sun deck to the back and a balcony to the front, the perfect place to sit and enjoy morning coffee and soak up the stunning views over the harbour and open countryside. The ideal answer for a stress-free family holiday.


 Lounge  Gorsebank consists of a large, comfortable lounge with television, DVD player and music system with beautiful views over Isle of Whithorn harbour.


 Kitchen  The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with cooker, hob, dishwasher, modern appliances, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen overlooks the sun deck. There is also a breakfast bar, ideal for grabbing that quick snack. 



The utility room is the perfect place to leave dirty boots after a day out.  It also houses an automatic wasing achine and sink.  The off kitchen pantry consists of a large freezer, storage and a clother dryer.


 Dining Room   The separate dining room comfortably seats eight and has fantastic views over the countryside and towards the sea.



 Bedrooms   The sleeping accommodation consists of four large double rooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, complete with electric shower. Two further bedrooms have double beds and the last has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes offering large amounts of storage. A travel cot can be supplied on request.


 Linen   Bed linen is provided free of charge. There will also be a supply of essentials, ie. washing powder, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, dishcloths etc. Please bring your own towels.




 Bathroom   In addition to the

en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, there is a large family bathroom featuring a bath, a bidet, a sink and an electric shower.






 Garden  The fully enclosed garden has beautiful mature shrubs and

a large lawn area. The sun deck with garden furniture doubles as an outside dining area. From anywhere in the garden there are outstanding views of both the countryside and the sea.


 Garage   The detached garage is ideal for storage of bikes and any other larger items.


 Arrival & departure   We ask you not to arrive before 3.30pm and to vacate by 10am on change-over day. This allows us time to prepare Gorsebank to a high standard.


 Pets   Unfortunately, we are unable to allow pets at Gorsebank.


 Smoking   Smoking is not permitted in Gorsebank.
